Background
Ongenga Technical College, (OTC) is a privately conceived Technical Vocational Education and Training Institution established in October 2019. It is a direct subsidiary of Ethics Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a Namibian commercial enterprise established with the primary aim of participating in the country’s economic affairs to complement other existing players alike, in attaining our national development goals.
The institution seeks to offer modern technical vocational education and training to individuals from all walks of life.
Inspired by Namibia’s National Development Plans, The Harambee Prosperity Plan I, II, Vision 2030 and UN SDGs respectively are some of our embodiments in moving towards improving the technical vocational industry. Our conduct and activities are entirely aligned with the goals and objectives of these developmental frameworks.
