Ongenga Technical College, (OTC) is a privately conceived Technical Vocational Education and Training Institution established in October 2019. It is a direct subsidiary of Ethics Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a Namibian commercial enterprise established with the primary aim of participating in the economic affairs of the country to complement other existing players alike, in attaining our national development goals. 

The institution seeks to offer modern technical vocational education and training to individuals of all walks of life. Our services are not confined to the geographical set up, nor are they confined within the frontiers of our location. 

The establishment of the institution is inspired by Namibia's National Development Plans, The Harambee Prosperity Plan I,II, Vision 2030 and UN SDGs respectively. Our conducts and activities are entirely aligned to the goals and objectives of these developmental frameworks. 

OTC places itself at the global centre stage in offering modern cutting edge demand driven intensive skills training programs. The nature of our business requires strategic alliances with local, continental and international partners. We seek to collaborate with training providers alike, in efforts to complement our capacity
