The department of Human Capital manages the human resources activities and functions of the institution. It is charged with the essential functions of coordinating the staff recruitment process of the institution.

Functions of the Human Capital Department

1. Identification of relevant Human Capital needs of the institution.

2. Undertake the recruitment process 

3. Management of the Staff Welfare and Development.

4. Management of staff related matters, including disciplinary functions.

5. Ensure compliance with Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety and any other relevant legislatures and regulations. 

6. Conduct Staff and Trainee Orientations
