The department of Operations and Training plays a core role on the daily administration of the institution. It is tasked with the roles and responsibilities of ensuring a smooth, effective and efficient administration and training of the institution.
The Department is subordinate to the Office of the Executive Director, and therefore supervises the following offices.

Training Office, Including Sports
Finance and Procurement,
Information and Communication Technology,
Transport and Logistics.
